Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service apply to all transport services provided by HORIZONTI TRAVEL d.o.o. (hereinafter: "Horizonti Travel"), Slavka Kolara 10, 10410 Velika Gorica, VAT ID: HR96620078792. By using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings are accepted via web form, email, or phone. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Horizonti Travel. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For groups and special events, we recommend booking 7 or more days in advance.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are fixed and include VAT. Payment is made in cash in the vehicle or by bank transfer. Monthly invoicing is available for corporate clients under contract. Prices do not include parking, toll, and ferry costs unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Booking Changes

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: no charge
  • Cancellation 12–24 hours in advance: 25% of the price
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance: 50% of the price
  • No-show: 100% of the price

Booking changes (route, date, number of passengers) are accepted at no charge if notified at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.

5. Airport Transfers — Waiting

For airport transfers (arrivals), the driver waits up to 60 minutes from the actual flight landing at no extra charge. We monitor flights in real time. After 60 minutes, waiting time is charged according to the agreed tariff.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of booking details (addresses, date, number of passengers)
  • Timely notification of changes
  • Compliance with vehicle conduct rules
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by improper behaviour

7. Horizonti Travel Liability

Horizonti Travel is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers during transport. Our liability is limited to the value of the service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Luggage

Each passenger is entitled to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. For larger amounts of luggage or special equipment (bicycles, ski equipment), please notify us when booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.

9. Pets

Transport of pets is possible with prior notice and consent. Pets must be in a transport carrier or on a leash.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court for all disputes is the court in Zagreb.

11. Changes to Terms

Horizonti Travel reserves the right to amend these terms. Amended terms apply from the date of publication on the website.
